NCBA Poll Week 41 – Rice Ranked #22
The newest NCBA rankings have been published this week, and the Owls have slipped slightly in the past two weeks despite not playing a game over that time period. A series win for LSC – Montgomery over UH – Downtown vaulted them ahead of the Owls and into the #20 spot. Despite dropping the series to Montgomery, UH-D is ranked #17. This weekend, the Owls travel to Conroe, TX for a key District VII series against LSC – Montgomery. The two teams sit at 5-1 on the season, good for a tie at District VII’s top spot.
